I had a complicated situation for my mortgage approval because I was applying jointly with my Canadian wife while we still lived and worked in Canada. Matt worked the problem proactively from the start and quickly charted a course for us that gave us multiple options to qualify for a mortgage. Matt worked alongside me to complete my mortgage so that I could close on my house. He responded quickly every time I e-mailed and was very attentive to my needs. He responded to all my questions without rushing me. He really wanted to make sure I understood the entire process. I could tell he really cared about my financial situation and family needs personally without judgment. 10/10 would work with him again!!

Matthew, my relator, attorney, and paralegal worked together as a team to make the entire home-buying process run smoothly. Matthew prequalified me for a loan, worked diligently to approve my loan, and remained in-contact with through the closing. Matthew also provided me with a very low interest rate for my mortgage.
